The Red Lion is run by husband and wife team chefs Mauli and Bhumika; together, they bring the best of modern British food and Indian hospitality. Chef Mauli has 25 years of experience in the industry in India and England. He creates and presents exciting dishes using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients on his menu.
